2. Subject

Online sale of SoundSense hardware and accessories.

3. Compatibility & Requirements

The device requires an Internet connection via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and the XamIoT SoundSense mobile app. Without these conditions, the service will not function.

4. Price

Prices are available on the website https://xamiot.com/boutique, excluding shipping costs. Applicable taxes and fees are displayed before payment. Adjustments may be made before confirmation.

5. Order

Review the order summary (products, quantities, addresses, prices) before confirmation. The sale is finalized upon confirmation of payment.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods: Credit card via Stripe. Retention of title until full payment is received.

7. Delivery

Delivery areas, methods, and times are indicated during checkout. Check the condition of the package upon receipt (file a claim with the carrier if necessary).

8. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have 14 days from receipt to cancel without giving a reason.
Returns must be made within an additional 14 days, in new and complete condition.
Refund of amounts paid (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt and inspection.
Exclusions: personalized products, unsealed consumables, abnormal damage. Return
shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of recognized DOA (defect upon unpacking within 7 days).

9. Legal Warranties (France)

Conformity (2 years) — Art. L217-3 of the Consumer Code.
Hidden defects — Art. 1641 Civil Code.
Exclusions: improper use, unauthorized modification, impacts/power surges, unsuitable environment, failure to meet requirements (2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, power supply, etc.).

10. Support & Updates

Support: support@xamiot.com. Firmware and security updates may be offered and are sometimes mandatory.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount of the order in question. No coverage for indirect damages (loss of business, data, etc.).

12. Recycling & Compliance

Dispose of end-of-life equipment through the WEEE recycling program. CE regulatory compliance indicated on the product.

13. Intellectual Property

Trademarks, schematics, firmware, and documentation remain the property of XamIoT. Any reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any breach resulting from a force majeure event as defined by French law.

16. Governing Law – Disputes

French law. The competent courts of Orléans (France).
